F.A.R.M. is an information directory and venue. Listings come from public records and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not endorsements. Reservation requests are non-binding expressions of interest: no payment is collected, and no contract, option or right to purchase is created. Any purchase is between you and the farm on the farm's terms. Food safety, licensing and inspection are the producer's responsibility.

F.A.R.M. only connects buyers and producers

• F.A.R.M. never takes title to, buys or resells any product.
• F.A.R.M. never collects, holds or transfers payments, deposits or prepayments. Buyers pay farms directly, on the farm's terms.
• F.A.R.M. never stores, handles, transports or delivers product.
• F.A.R.M. is not a commodity exchange, broker or trading platform, and offers no futures, options or forward contracts.
• F.A.R.M. does not set prices or negotiate for either party, and is not a party to any sale.
